Join our Team Ericsson is seeking a highly driven and commercially minded ASP Manager to lead vendor and partner management activities across Service Delivery and Network Rollout operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Approved Service Providers (ASPs) and Field Service Organizations (FSOs), ensuring optimal delivery capability, cost efficiency, operational governance, and compliance with Ericsson standards and customer requirements. You will play a critical role in sourcing strategy, supplier performance management, operational readiness, and governance, while driving continuous improvement across procurement and service delivery operations. The ASP Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, sourcing, and service delivery organizations to ensure the right supplier capacity, competence, and performance are in place to support business objectives. What you will do - Lead ASP management activities during sales, delivery, and sourcing phases to ensure operational readiness and delivery excellence. - Support solution engineering activities, including ASP Scope of Work (SoW), commercial evaluation, and pricing alignment. - Forecast ASP resource demand and ensure sufficient supplier capacity to support project and operational requirements. - Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of ASP candidates in partnership with sourcing and delivery stakeholders. - Drive ASP onboarding, accreditation, and readiness activities in alignment with Ericsson processes and compliance standards. - Develop and monitor ASP competence development and training plans to ensure workforce capability and quality delivery. - Ensure ASP compliance with required licenses, certifications, permits, tools, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements. - Verify ASP awareness and adherence to work orders, operational processes, KPIs, SLAs, and performance expectations. - Monitor ASP delivery performance, productivity, quality, and financial KPIs, driving corrective actions where required. - Establish and facilitate operational governance forums and performance review meetings to manage escalations, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on supplier strategy, operational priorities, and procurement governance. - Drive proactive resolution of supplier performance issues and deviations from procurement or operational governance decisions. - Ensure compliance with Ericsson policies, local regulations, environmental standards, and customer contractual obligations.
