Role Description - Having good understandings and hands on FSL/CPQ. - Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. - Develop highly interactive UI using LWC, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML & CSS technologies. - Communicating with customer/Product Owner/BA to clarify the requirements. - Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end user. - Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce.com platform. - Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality. - Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance. - Debugging the code to fix QA/SIT defects & resolve integration issues and communicating with stakeholders.
