Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B Marketing, partnerships, channel programs, growth or digital marketing focused on partners/corporate clients
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Asana, ClickUp or equivalents)
  • Ability to manage project timelines and partner launch schedules with autonomy and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive communication and ability to work effectively across multiple teams
  • Experience in B2B growth and/or channel expansion with a regional growth mindset (highly desirable)
  • Experience with LATAM operations or internationalization projects, especially managing time zones and Hispanic culture (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with the Telecom sector or companies with a strong commercial interface and partner ecosystem (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or Appsflyer (highly desirable)
