• Provide day-to-day management of an account • Inspire and lead client portfolio to create best-in-class work • Understand clients’ business strategy and objectives • Guide clients and agency team in social-first work • Confidently lead meetings with senior stakeholders • Manage large scopes maintaining updated forecasts • Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to deliver large projects • Review and provide feedback on work • Advocate for the client internally and keep agency team informed

  • Outstanding client relationship skills

  • Excellent communication skills - confident communicating with stakeholders at different seniority levels
  • Can demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams

  • A confident and driven individual
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate information in written and verbal format
  • Proven & extensive experience in client services as an Account Director
  • Experience working for multi-market clients preferred, but not required
  • Up-to-date and current knowledge of social platforms and social media trends
  • Solid experience with forecasting and client planning
  • Sound business and financial acumen
  • Ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders, across multiple markets

Your job is to find more of them. - Build and own a focused list of 80–100 named target accounts. - Focus on Fortune 1000 marketing leaders, high-growth scale-ups, and platform companies whose email is mission-critical. - Work across our Sales & Marketing and Transactional cubes, engaging with CMOs, RevOps, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Procurement. - Report directly to the CRO. - Partner with Marketing on 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays. - Collaborate with our SMB Sales team for warm pass-ups from inbound.
