Qualifications - 4+ years of advanced hands-on experience in Marketo, including engagement programs, lead scoring, and CRM integration. - 3+ years experience in Salesforce CRM (Lightning) for lead/contact management, reporting, dashboards, and campaign setup. - Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and CRM data alignment. - Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas). - Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnel processes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and continuous improvement attitude. - Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to global team collaboration. This position will advance the organization’s mission by ensuring teens and young adults who have experienced foster care have access to the Education and Training Voucher (ETV) information, funding, and educational success coaching in Indiana and Kentucky. The Education Coordinator will provide direct support to students who have experienced foster care in Indiana and Kentucky. This individual will support ETV recipients attending postsecondary institutions in Eastern Indiana and Eastern Kentucky. The Education Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Director of Program Delivery to deliver the ETV/college success coaching and act as a resource for students. The Education Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Program Delivery. This position requires a connection with and travel to Eastern Indiana and Eastern Kentucky. While not required, individuals who reside in the Terre Haute or Evansville area will be given preference. Primary Responsibilities - 60% Program Management/Student Assistance - Work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Program Delivery to support and coach Indiana and Kentucky ETV students. Work one-on-one with ETV students to ensure they meet student identified goals and objectives in a personalized education success plan.
