Role Description We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and scale a new client-facing software platform in the energy management space. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys solving complex problems and working across teams to deliver meaningful product outcomes. You’ll sit at the center of product, software engineering, and stakeholders—translating needs into action, keeping teams aligned, and helping us build products that genuinely work for the people who use them. Role Description Our Energy Analysts are a vital part of our Analysis team tasked with helping our clients understand the Energy & Water usage of their buildings. This important role provides a foundation for a suite of Energy & Water management services that Bright Power provides to help our clients achieve substantial reductions in utility costs, carbon emissions, and water consumption - all while improving resident comfort. The Benchmarking and Compliance Intern will review and integrate property owner-paid utility data, as well as research, review, and request whole-building or individual apartment authorization forms and utility data. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the entire program.
