This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex Oracle-related issues while establishing standards, governance, and best practices across both public and private cloud infrastructures. The Lead Engineer will build and execute a forward-looking 3-5 year technology roadmap, ensuring Oracle platforms and cloud strategies align with business objectives. This position also evaluates emerging technologies-including AI/ML and agentic AI-to identify innovation opportunities and practical applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep Oracle expertise with strong cloud engineering experience and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
