This role is ideal for a candidate who can translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable project artifacts. Key responsibilities: - Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify business needs and priorities. - Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, user needs, and functional requirements. - Analyze workflow gaps and recommend practical solution options. - Create business analysis artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, use cases, and traceability materials. - Partner with project, design, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and support delivery. - Support prioritization, validation, testing readiness, and user acceptance activities as needed. - Prepare concise findings, recommendations, and stakeholder-ready summaries. Required qualifications: - Experience performing business analysis for technology implementation, enhancement, or modernization projects. - Demonstrated experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements. - Strong analytical, facilitation, process mapping, and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. - Must meet the applicable TDDC MSA labor category education and experience requirements. Preferred qualifications: - Public sector or regulated-environment experience. - Experience with investigations, case management, workflow, or compliance-oriented business processes. - Experience supporting agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery teams.
