• Responsible for creating and handling schedules based on forecasts • Prepare accurate and timely short term forecasting in a high volume contact center • Compile, distribute, and analyze call center performance reports • Match staffing to workload arrival patterns and maintain accurate staffing data

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Technical aptitude in Alvaria/Aspect or similar workforce management tool
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience within workforce management (scheduling-based work)
