Infrastructure Analyst
Nomus
• Installation of new servers on AWS. • Installation of systems on AWS servers. • Installation of systems on clients' own servers (Nomus clients). • Updating system versions on Nomus clients' environments. • Monitoring performance of servers on AWS. • Monitoring Nomus' email delivery services. • Supporting configuration and maintenance of Nomus's internal network. • Supporting procurement and maintenance of computers, IT equipment, and software used by Nomus. • Updating data in monitoring reports for availability, performance, and infrastructure cost at Nomus. • Resolving support tickets involving integration of the Nomus system with other systems.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift.
- Experience maintaining Linux and Windows servers.
- Familiarity with the AWS Management Console (Amazon Web Services).
- Knowledge of MySQL databases.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and committed.
- Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing (minimum).
- Technical course/certificate in IT or related areas.
- Prior professional experience in the activities to be performed at Nomus.
