Title: Field Support Representative Diagnostics, Rochester, NY Location: Rochester United States Full time remote job requisition id J-053216 Job Description: Veterinary Technicians and Practice Managers working as a Field Support Representative (FSR) for Diagnostics, will work collaboratively with an internal team to develop strategies and maintain your customer accounts through education and other customer-centric solutions. No two days are the same, and you'll spend your time in the field building relationships, solving problems, and supporting customer success. This is a highly dynamic, customer-facing role where you will visit customers daily, adjust your schedule as needed to support customer events, and occasionally accommodate visits to emergency practices. Veterinarians rely on our Field Support Representatives to ensure they are using these tools effectively and to resolve technical challenges when they arise.
