Clinical Operations Associate

SonderMind

• Collaborate with clinical, customer support, product, and analytics teams to build scalable processes ensuring timely care for high-risk clients. • Triage daily clinical quality cases, including gaps in care, documentation requests, and member outreach, ensuring timely resolution. • Track and maintain key clinical quality metrics (HEDIS, STARs, preventive care measures) and support dashboards and internal reporting. • Assist with preparation, validation, and submission of payer-required quality reports. • Support planning and execution of clinical projects, including provider education and value-based care initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional tasks, maintain project trackers, and provide progress updates to stakeholders. • Monitor adherence to SLAs, workflows, and escalation protocols, flagging issues and supporting corrective actions. • Maintain accurate documentation, audit-ready files, and evidence for quality programs and accreditation activities. • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of clinical programs.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare quality, or behavioral health technology.
  • 2+ years of project or program coordination experience, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with NCQA standards, HEDIS measures, or payer quality reporting is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and workflow tracking systems; experience with Salesforce or EMRs is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Data-literate, proactive, and able to engage with multiple teams to support operational and clinical objectives.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP training preferred.
