Role Description Remote position (will be required to travel to Empangeni at least once a week). Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic agricultural operation. Ideal for a candidate with strong experience in ERP implementation, business process improvement, and systems modernisation within a project-driven environment. - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple operational divisions - Translate business processes into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps - Support ERP implementation, gap analysis, and solution design alongside external consultants - Assist with data cleansing, migration planning, and data quality improvement - Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, progress updates, and solution validation - Develop and coordinate UAT testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution - Create and deliver user training material and support post-go-live adoption - Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ERP implementation, systems modernisation, or business process improvement projects - Strong understanding of requirements elicitation, process documentation, and business analysis frameworks - Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions across all business levels - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable technical requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project and documentation tools - Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organisational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within cross-functional project teams Requirements - Experience within the agricultural, agri-processing, or food production sectors (advantageous) - ERP platform implementation or support experience (advantageous) - Exposure to data cleansing and migration projects (advantageous) - Experience designing and delivering end-user training (advantageous) - Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, Agile / Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (advantageous) - Business Analysis certification beneficial (advantageous) Apply Email: [email protected]

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Salesforce • Implement hands-on Salesforce customizations, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and security settings, with guidance from technical leads • Ensure data integrity, migration, and optimization within Salesforce, supporting business intelligence and reporting needs • Develop user guides, training videos, and tip sheets to support user adoption and ensure the successful implementation of new processes • Provide regular updates on project progress, escalate risks before they become issues, and ensure effective communication within the project team • Work closely with internal teams and clients to align project deliverables with business objectives and user expectations • Operate within Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project management and continuous delivery

• Provide first line support for access management requests and incidents • Ensure timely, accurate, and policy compliant access provisioning • Flag inconsistency when meet on process or documents when providing support to L2 &3 for review and correction if needed • Maintain SLA levels as per given objectives within delimited scope • Manage access requests (create, modify, remove) • Execute Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes • Perform identity verification • Handle basic incidents and service requests • Follow SOPs and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 • Maintain accurate ticket documentation (ServiceNow) • Ensure SLA compliance • Support audits and identify process improvements

• Support the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into a modern technology stack (e.g., React-based).
