• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Salesforce • Implement hands-on Salesforce customizations, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and security settings, with guidance from technical leads • Ensure data integrity, migration, and optimization within Salesforce, supporting business intelligence and reporting needs • Develop user guides, training videos, and tip sheets to support user adoption and ensure the successful implementation of new processes • Provide regular updates on project progress, escalate risks before they become issues, and ensure effective communication within the project team • Work closely with internal teams and clients to align project deliverables with business objectives and user expectations • Operate within Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project management and continuous delivery
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives or projects with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration expertise with knowledge of automation, reporting, and security best practices
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of assigned tasks and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with Scrum or Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, iterative solutions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
- Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are highly preferred.

• Support the Growth team, specifically the VP of Market Performance in executing critical business initiatives. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators across various workstreams, including DRP activation, sales gap analysis, and store-level operational metrics. • Maintain and update complex project workbooks that track budget data against actual performance metrics to identify and bridge gaps as well as update action plans. • Utilize tools like DOMO and CCC to perform trend analysis on client scores and operational performance and help identify trends and interventions. • Assist in identifying revenue gaps and work with the sales team on priority markets to ensure business case/budget alignment and achieve same store sales growth. • Provide administrative and analytical support for the reintegration effort of shops currently underperforming against their business cases. • Coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams including DRP Activation, Sales Strategy, Client Performance, and Operational Excellence. • Assist in scheduling and preparing agendas for cross-functional meetings with leadership, sales, and operations teams. • Ensure that playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client improvement and market performance initiatives are properly documented and maintained.
• Provides support and delivery of requirements and work packages on low complexity projects/initiatives • Leads Requirements Management/work packages for Tier 5 low to moderate risk and regulatory projects • Identifies and leads problem resolution • Collaborates with project manager and business sponsor to ensure resources are assigned for successful delivery
