• Partner closely with the scheduling team to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities • Create, manage, open, and close job postings across hiring platforms • Review applications and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates • Schedule and book interviews with new applicants • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit for roles • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Support recruiting processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience • Participate in community outreach efforts by supporting local hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed

- Bachelor’s degree completed (required) *(Psychology/Social Work degree preferred but not required)*
- Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or the field of ABA
- Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
