Role Description We are scaling our recruitment team and looking for a driven, industry-smart Senior Recruiter who knows how to source, engage, and place talent in these demanding verticals. - Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management — for roles across construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, and related industries. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of active and passive candidates in specialized industrial and technical roles. - Partner closely with client account managers and hiring managers to deeply understand workforce requirements and deliver quality placements fast. - Leverage job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and industry networks to identify top-tier candidates. - Drive candidate experience with timely communication, professional guidance, and a consultative approach throughout the hiring journey. - Consistently meet and exceed placement targets, time-to-fill metrics, and client satisfaction benchmarks. - Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and activity. Industries you've recruited in (any of these = great fit): - Construction (commercial, residential, civil, heavy) - Engineering (mechanical, civil, structural, process) - Manufacturing (light & heavy industrial, production, quality) - Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, downstream, field operations) - Energy & Utilities (power generation, renewables, infrastructure) - Industrial trades & skilled labor (welding, pipefitting, instrumentation, etc.) - Project-based or contract workforce environments Qualifications - 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house environment — specifically within any of the industrial/trade verticals listed above. - Proven track record of successful placements in technical, skilled trades, or project-based roles in the US market. - Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels — LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, niche job boards, and referral networks. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients. - Ability to manage a high requisition load while maintaining quality and responsiveness. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and entrepreneurial environment. - Experience with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Jobvite, Greenhouse, or similar).
