Role Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Part‑Time SaaS Support & Release Coordination Specialist for a contract opportunity supporting one of our client partners. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to reliable software releases and ongoing platform support in a collaborative, remote environment. Our client is seeking a professional with technical support experience to provide part‑time assistance with software release coordination and ongoing SaaS platform support. This role collaborates with customers, product teams, and engineering partners to support reliable software deployments and consistent user support. Key Responsibilities - Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating software releases with internal teams and customers - Perform pre‑release readiness checks, including test environment validation, smoke testing, and feature flag verification - Support post‑release monitoring to confirm successful deployments and identify potential issues or rollback indicators - Maintain and update release notes, change logs, and internal documentation Qualifications - Approximately 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or SaaS application support (or equivalent experience) - Familiarity with software release processes, versioning practices, and CI/CD concepts - Experience using ticketing and collaboration tools such as Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Teams - Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment Requirements - The base range for this contract position is $50.00 -$65.00 per hour, depending on experience. - The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. - Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
