Job Description - Work with the Government Affairs team to track, analyze, and comment on important pending legislation and regulations impacting Wonderful's businesses at the local, state and federal levels. - Work with the Global Regulatory & Privacy team on compliance projects related to privacy and consumer protection laws. - Assist with research on various matters to help provide better understanding of the applicable regulatory requirements affecting different businesses (e.g., researching and summarizing recent consumer class actions involving false and misleading advertising cases, following emerging litigation trends, reviewing and summarizing agency warning letters, etc.). - Conduct market surveillance and competitor research to assess the regulatory landscape and risk related to labeling and other regulatory requirements. - Prepare ethics presentations and conduct thorough research on ethical business practices and compliance. - Assist in drafting and editing training presentations on advertising, social media, and other topics. - Assist in the preparation for quarterly executive meetings by drafting meeting materials and synthesizing summaries of local legislation to ensure informed decision-making for company executives. - Participate in team meetings and work with other members of the legal team to develop and implement ideas to facilitate process improvements. - Compile and maintain regulatory trackers, brand guidelines, and other claims substantiation documentation. - Serve as primary administrator and subject-matter expert for a web-based review platform for advertising, labelling, PR materials, including user support, training, workflow coordination, and backend enhancements. - Participate in company-wide initiatives and programs around mentorship, wellness, philanthropy, professional development and various team and relationship-building opportunities. Job Description - Guide the strategic development and execution of integrated public relations plans for FIJI Water - Identify, negotiate and coordinate logistics for event sponsorships, collaborations and partnerships that elevate the brand - Serve as a brand spokesperson/representative, staffing branded events, high profile award shows and red carpet events, national and regional trade shows, media tours, sampling programs and more - Lead efforts to integrate the brand into pop-culture moments and identify out-of-the-box creative ideas through strategic product placement, VIP collaborations, brand partnerships, and integrations - Drive consumer and trade media relations efforts, including developing messaging and press releases, and cultivating media relationships - Oversee the organic social strategy for FIJI Water to help showcase the lifestyle, people and philanthropy behind the brand - Oversee the continued development, evolution and execution of the influencer/celebrity outreach plan, focusing on building lasting and credible relationships with celebrity, cultural and influential tastemakers - Deliver presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders, leveraging persuasive communication skills to drive strategic decisions and advance the organization's goals - Prepare weekly, seasonal and quarterly result reports and coverage highlights for an executive audience - Collaborate with senior management and brand teams, and work cross-functionally with our marketing, advertising, research, and legal teams - Lead, coach, and support the professional development of junior team members while ensuring strong execution - Manage third party vendors and agencies as needed - Manage client budgets Qualifications - At least 5-8 years of communications experience, preferably supporting consumer brands within CPG, entertainment, lifestyle, or luxury, in an agency and/or corporate environment - Prior experience supporting entertainment, red carpet, or other high-profile events preferred - Proven media relations experience with the ability to secure meaningful, on-brand coverage - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in consumer public relations - Working knowledge of standard public relations tools, including MuckRack, PR Newswire or Businesswire, media monitoring services, and Microsoft Office - Ability to ideate, negotiate, coordinate, and confidently execute events and partnerships with minimal oversight - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - High attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy and follow-through - Strong writing, research, and presentation skills - Self-motivated, collaborative team player who takes ownership of work and approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset - Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for pop culture, trends, and the evolving news cycle - Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Events, or a related field Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.
