This is a full-time remote position for an experienced infrastructure professional who thrives in fast-paced enterprise and MSP environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems administration. This individual will serve as a senior escalation resource responsible for maintaining secure, stable, and high-performing environments across multiple client infrastructures. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, infrastructure ownership, automation capabilities, and the ability to work independently in complex production environments. • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers from project kick-off to go-live, ensuring milestones are achieved on time. • Conduct scoping sessions with customer IT teams and system integrators to translate business requirements into structured integration plans. • Provide clear architectural advice on how customers must iterate operations programmatically. • Guide customers on how to interact with Redzone's standard RESTful OpenAPI library. • Coordinate and configure Single Sign-On integrations using SAML-based Identity Providers (IdPs). • Assist in provisioning and configuring Redzone’s proprietary client agent (RZLogger) for data automation setup. • Leverage specialized AI tools to quickly build, transform, and manage data workflows within the Boomi environment.
