• Conduct technical analysis for clients, support business development, and advance projects across CSL’s portfolio. • Research clean and resilient energy topics to develop targeted and informed recommendations for clients. • Identify energy requirements for interdependent infrastructure and develop solutions to increase resilience. • Review the technical merit of solutions developed by team members, project stakeholders, and clients. • Conduct data review and visualizations, including geographic information system (GIS) mapping and spatial analysis of infrastructure assets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project objectives and create implementation roadmaps that ensure client success. • Discuss power systems concepts with clients and project partners from non-technical disciplines. • Support project managers in assessing client needs, formulating technical approaches, preparing proposals, and making presentations. • Travel approximately 25% as needed, based on client and project needs.

Role Description In this System Administrator role, the ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations and technical issues, as well as participation in the initiation and planning phases of organizational projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and supporting Windows environments with VMware, Active Directory, Clusters, and SQL & IIS Services. Experience in supporting these environments in healthcare will be preferable. - Responsible for the configuration/installation/upgrades, performance monitoring, security, and continual improvement of our client’s server and Applications. - Responsible for supporting our client infrastructure applications, including Microsoft SQL Servers, Active Directory and Core Windows components like IIS, Clusters and File system. - Responsible for New Server build, Application installation & configuration as per Product requirement. - Responsible for upgrading and maintaining the Applications in coordination with Project Management Team. - Coordinate with all the internal teams to complete the projects and related tasks. - Responsible for continuous improvement and enhancement of Infrastructure-related services. - Analyze technical and business needs and recommend solutions. - Maintain positive relationships with clients, end users, vendors, and consultants. - Maintain current working knowledge in systems and hardware, and incorporate new developments into the future systems of the enterprise. - Good Communication & Email Skills are mandatory. Qualifications - 0-1 Year of administrating enterprise Windows and Virtual Environment. - Experience with building servers as per standards will be an added advantage. - Responsible for monitoring performance and system usage. - Experience / Knowledge with monitoring tools and antivirus will be an added advantage. - Experience / Knowledge in planning, design, and installation of any application. - Health care IT experience will be preferred.
