Quais serão as principais responsabilidades: - Liderança do time de mídia; - Liderança junto ao cliente no dia-a-dia e definições de ações estratégicas de acordo com a meta/desafio; - Orientação à gestão operacional de mídia (otimizações, ferramentas, boas práticas, etc); - Controle de forecast; - Acompanhamento da efetividade das campanhas e resultados; - Apoio à criação de reports semanais e criação de reports mensais, quadrimestrais e anuais; - Conhecimento dos principais KPIs de mídia; - Conhecimento de métricas offline; - Interação com área de dados para análises mais aprofundadas (LTV, cohort, churn, etc); - Criação de planos de mídia mensais, quadrimestrais e anuais; - Negociar junto aos veículos. Qualifications - Forte visão analítica e estratégica; - Experiência com liderança e gestão de pessoas; - Domínio técnico das plataformas de compra de mídia digital como Google Ads, Meta e Linkedin Ads; - Conhecimento em campanhas Offline (OOH, rádio e revista); - Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipe multidisciplinar; - Conhecimento de plataformas de Web Analytics, como o Google Analytics e App Analytics, como Appsflyer; - Conhecimento em Google Tag Manager; - Conhecimento em plataformas de DataViz (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBi, etc); - Relacionamento com veículos de mídia. Requirements - Experiência com metodologia ágil será um diferencial; - Conhecimento em ferramentas e recursos de Inteligência Artificial aplicados às tarefas diárias.
