This is a hands-on execution and performance role focused on improving local visibility, calls, direction requests, reviews, local rankings, profile health, and reporting accuracy. The right candidate must be comfortable managing repetitive operational tasks with accuracy, identifying issues quickly, following structured SOPs, and providing clear weekly performance updates. This role works closely with the marketing and SEO teams to maintain accurate listings, improve local rankings, publish ongoing content, monitor reviews, and produce performance reports. Essential Functions - Manage Google Business Profiles across multiple locations. - Maintain accurate profile information, including hours, services, categories, descriptions, photos, and contact information. - Monitor profile health and identify issues quickly. - Optimize profiles for local ranking performance. - Maintain citation consistency across directories. - Monitor competitors and identify local ranking opportunities. - Track keyword visibility and local map pack performance. - Monitor incoming reviews daily. - Draft professional review responses. - Escalate negative reviews when necessary. - Help increase review acquisition volume per location. - Publish Google Posts regularly. - Upload photos and profile updates. - Coordinate with content and social media teams as needed. - Prepare weekly performance reports. - Track calls, direction requests, clicks, reviews, ranking changes, underperforming locations, top-performing locations, and visibility trends. - Identify locations losing visibility, declining engagement, reputation issues, and optimization opportunities. - Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking systems. - Coordinate with SEO and CRM teams. - Follow SOPs and reporting deadlines consistently.
