Role Description Hi-Altitude Brands is seeking an Email Marketing/SMS Manager to execute lifecycle programs for our flagship brand, Stonehenge Health, and future brands under the Hi-Altitude portfolio of health-forward lifestyle brands. Ownership includes day-to-day execution of campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and deployment across email and SMS. This position demands obsessive attention to detail, rigorous procedural QA, and zero-defect execution. Every send reaches a large, engaged customer base where errors compound quickly across deliverability, revenue, and brand trust. This position reports to the Director of Lifecycle. Campaign and Flow Execution - Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo against the lifecycle roadmap set by the Director of Lifecycle. - Build and maintain automated flows, including welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, and review request. - Manage send schedules and calendar coordination across promotional, lifecycle, and transactional sends. - Build dynamic content and personalization that adapts based on customer attributes. - Execute against subscription milestones in coordination with Recharge and Shopify Plus events. - Develop and optimize on-site lead capture and subscriber acquisition flows, including pop-ups, post-purchase opt-ins, and incentive structures that grow the email and SMS list while protecting deliverability. Segmentation and Targeting - Build and maintain customer segments based on behavioral, transactional, and subscription attributes. - Apply segmentation logic to maximize relevance and minimize over-mailing. - Manage tag and customer property structures inside Klaviyo to support segmentation. - Partner with the Director of Lifecycle on cohort definitions and audience strategy. Deliverability, QA, and Hygiene - Own inbox placement, sender reputation, and deliverability monitoring. - Maintain list hygiene, including bounce management, unsubscribe handling, and re-engagement protocols. - Own and maintain a documented pre-send QA checklist applied to every campaign and flow. - Ensure compliance with FTC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and SMS regulatory requirements. Platform Administration - Serve as Klaviyo platform administrator, including user management, integration health, and platform-wide configuration. - Troubleshoot and resolve Klaviyo and integration issues raised by CX, ecommerce, and other teams. - Maintain technical documentation for flow architecture, segment logic, and integration mappings. Data Integrity, Testing, and Reporting - Reconcile data across Klaviyo, Recharge, Shopify Plus, and Northbeam to ensure reporting accuracy. - Own the accuracy of all campaign and flow performance metrics surfaced to the Director of Lifecycle and the broader org. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies between platform-level data and overall reporting. - Execute A/B tests defined by the Director of Lifecycle (subject lines, send times, content, offers).
