Job Requirements

Role Description Hi-Altitude Brands is seeking an Email Marketing/SMS Manager to execute lifecycle programs for our flagship brand, Stonehenge Health, and future brands under the Hi-Altitude portfolio of health-forward lifestyle brands. Ownership includes day-to-day execution of campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and deployment across email and SMS. Campaign and Flow Execution - Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo against the lifecycle roadmap set by the Director of Lifecycle. - Build and maintain automated flows, including welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, and review request. - Manage send schedules and calendar coordination across promotional, lifecycle, and transactional sends. - Build dynamic content and personalization that adapts based on customer attributes. - Execute against subscription milestones in coordination with Recharge and Shopify Plus events. - Develop and optimize on-site lead capture and subscriber acquisition flows, including pop-ups, post-purchase opt-ins, and incentive structures that grow the email and SMS list while protecting deliverability.
