Role Description We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Director of UI/UX to lead the design and user experience strategy across all Caiz products and platforms. As a design leader, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing UI/UX team, defining design standards, and creating intuitive and beautiful digital experiences that make complex blockchain products accessible to a global audience. Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end design strategy for all digital products including wallets, dashboards, mobile apps, and web interfaces. - Establish and maintain a consistent and scalable design system across products. - Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing to deliver cohesive user experiences aligned with Caiz’s vision. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions. - Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across all platforms and devices. - Advocate for user-centric design in cross-functional discussions and product roadmaps. - Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, blockchain interface standards, and emerging technologies. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across mobile and web platforms. - Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive UI. - Experience designing for blockchain, fintech, or complex data-driven applications is highly preferred. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and design system tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
