Product Engineer II – AiBLE, CST
Medtronic
• Deliver clinical, technical, and sales support to surgeons, hospital staff, and sales representatives • Helping design patient-specific implants and drive post-operative data analytics • Utilize proprietary software to perform clinical X-ray measurements • Simulate surgical corrections based on the surgeon’s case plan and preferences • Design patient-specific implants aligned with planned corrections • Deliver real-time measurement and planning support for high-volume sites • Collect post-operative data and develop detailed outcome analyses • Review and discuss surgical plans with surgeons and their teams • Partner with hospital staff and sales representatives to coordinate and manage cases • Provide technical support in the operating room, as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, OR
- Advance degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology with minimum of 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering
- Prior experience in spine or related clinical applications preferred
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

This is a builder role. You will design and ship production grade AI agents and modular Claude Skills that connect to our systems of record and our internal data layer — not prototypes or demos. You will operate at the intersection of AI, internal product, and full-stack engineering, taking ambiguous business processes and turning them into legible, reusable, and composable systems. Your work will directly shape how our sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams scale with AI as their force multiplier.
