Job Requirements
- You are studying Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field — ideally with a focus on HR or Personnel Management
- You are communicative, enjoy working with people and have a good sense of their needs
- You are self-motivated, structured and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
- You enjoy tackling new challenges and finding creative solutions
- You have very good German and good English language skills

Role Description The temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for influencing the recruiting success of TWG by providing a high touch, candidate-focused experience throughout the hiring process. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will provide administrative and coordination support as identified to Recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, business leaders, and other HR team members. This role involves high volume administrative work to include: - Interview scheduling and coordination - Heavy computer work within MS Office and an Applicant Tracking system (Dayforce) - Providing a positive overall experience for candidates, managers, and anyone involved in the interviewing and recruiting process This is a temporary remote position intended to support the team for an approximate duration of 60, up to 90 days.
