Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience deploying RPA or automation solutions in a customer-facing environment.
- Hands-on experience with one or more RPA or low-code automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automation best practices.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Jinja, or similar.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to support or accelerate automation development workflows.
- Strong business process mapping, analysis, and optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
