• Play a critical role in helping a growing digital marketing agency scale its SEO and marketing operations through automation, AI, and systems thinking. • Design and implement automation workflows that reduce manual operational effort across SEO and marketing functions. • Build repeatable systems that support scalable marketing execution. • Automate data collection, processing, reporting, and operational workflows. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process redesign. • Utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency. • Design AI-assisted workflows that accelerate execution and decision-making. • Work with APIs to connect internal and external platforms. • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain the reliability of automation workflows. • Build and maintain web scraping solutions that support operational initiatives. • Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in automation engineering, technical operations, solutions engineering, workflow automation, systems implementation, or similar technically focused environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, Git and GitHub, browser automation tools, web scraping solutions, and structured data workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals and experience working with data to support operational decision-making.
  • Active use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or similar technologies, with experience designing AI-assisted workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, structured solutions that improve execution and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • High levels of agency, self-management, and accountability, with the ability to independently manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is common.

Role Description We're looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our growing Engineering team! If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality through hands-on manual and automated testing, this role could be a perfect fit.
