Compliance Audit Supervisor
Central Research, Inc.
• Manages and oversees the audit coordination process • Leads and assigns tasks to Compliance Support Specialists • Trains new employees in audit procedures and systems • Conducts, coordinates, organizes, and schedules internal and external audits • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection • Manages and maintains audit documentation, including tracking findings • Serves as the primary liaison between auditors and internal stakeholders • Analyzes audit results to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement • Develops, tracks, and supports corrective action plans based on audit findings • Communicates audit results and recommendations to management • Prepares audit reports and statistical trend analyses • Participates in special reviews and initiatives to enhance customer experience • Stays current on regulatory changes through ongoing training and professional development
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or managing loan audits in the financial services industry
- Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
- U.S. Citizenship required (per contract requirements)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a 5C Suitability clearance
- Leadership and team management
- Knowledge of regulations and audit processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of applicable regulations, including TCPA, SCRA, FCRA, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) guidelines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various levels of management
- Effective facilitation and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
