Title: Lead QA Engineer Location: Omaha, NE Full Time Manager/Supervisor Job Description: At Supportworks, we're transforming how contractors and homeowners connect and we're looking for a Lead QA Engineer to help us rebuild our QA function and shape how quality works at SolutionView. To help rebuild our in-house QA processes, we're hiring two QA engineers: a Lead QA Engineer (this role) and another QA Engineer who will work alongside you. You'll have the opportunity to define how QA works at SolutionView — process, tooling, standards, and culture, with real backing and the autonomy to do it well. If you've ever wanted to lead and shape a QA function rather than inherit one, this is the role for you! This role is hybrid and based in Papillion, NE. Initially, the role will require a heavier in-office presence for training and relationship-building. After ramp-up, the schedule is 3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home.
