• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Payroll-Systems LOGA für die zentrale Entgeltabrechnung und unsere Einrichtungen • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, effizienten und verlässlichen Systembetriebs im Payroll-Umfeld • Analyse, Bewertung und Bearbeitung systembezogener Anfragen aus der Entgeltabrechnung und den Einrichtungen • Umsetzung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und organisatorischer Anforderungen sowie Begleitung von Releases, Tests und technischen Weiterentwicklungen • Betreuung und Optimierung von Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Abrechnungs- und Finanzsystemen sowie Unterstützung bei Datenqualitätsprüfungen • Mitarbeit bei Auswertungen, Anwenderschulungen sowie konzernweiten Payroll-IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zu Entgeltabrechnung, Wirtschaft oder IT
- Berufserfahrung in der Payroll oder Entgeltabrechnung und Vertrautheit mit den Abläufen einer monatlichen Abrechnung
- Praxiskenntnisse in LOGA oder einem vergleichbaren Abrechnungssystem sind von Vorteil
- Gutes Verständnis für gesetzliche und tarifliche Anforderungen in der Entgeltabrechnung
- Freude an der Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung systemgestützter Abrechnungsprozesse
