• Oversees the daily operation of the Compliance Helpdesk for Cornerstone Home Lending • Provides direction and expertise to team members • Develops skills of team members through training and performance management • Monitors inquiries to ensure they are responded to within SLAs • Reviews Compliance Help Desk inquiries for accuracy and consistency • Serves as primary Subject Matter Expert for ComplianceAnalyzer • Maintains training materials and instructional tools • Analyzes complex information regarding regulatory and Investor issues • Creates monthly & quarterly reports regarding Compliance HelpDesk activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in the mortgage industry in compliance, processing, closing, origination, or other operational related department
  • Deep knowledge of federal regulations and state mortgage lending laws
  • Previous supervisory experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely express ideas and convey complex information in both verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Prefer three years of experience with Empower

Role Description The Service Technician is responsible for planning and executing service trips from a remote-based location, performing in-field system repairs, and ensuring reliable operation through electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and equipment testing. This role serves as a key technical resource for customers by providing remote and on-site support, identifying service needs before they become larger issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role also partners closely with the sales team to support customers, identify opportunities for improved system performance, and help ensure equipment continues to meet customer and operational needs. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30AM – 4:00PM EST. This is a remote-based position. As a Service Technician, hours may vary depending on service needs, travel schedules, and customer requirements. Overtime is expected when traveling or supporting customer needs.
