Role Description In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving company growth by converting warm leads into loyal customers. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, leveraging your persuasive communication skills to close sales and exceed targets. - Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to close B2B sales over the phone. - Utilize strong objection-handling and persuasion skills to overcome challenges and secure commitments. - Maintain a fiercely competitive and goal-oriented mindset to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas. - Communicate effectively and professionally with business owners and decision-makers. - Adapt to a dynamic, high call-volume sales environment (approximately 250 dials per day). - Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and improve performance. Qualifications - B2B phone sales closing experience - Inside sales experience - Outbound dialing and cold calling experience - Experience working in a high call-volume sales role (approximately 250 dials per day) - English proficiency sufficient for professional phone-based B2B sales - Authorized to work in the United States - Available during Eastern Time business hours Requirements - College degree (preferred) - Experience in marketing or advertising sales (preferred) - Familiarity with CRM systems or sales enablement tools (preferred) - Track record of exceeding sales quotas (preferred) - Experience working remotely in a sales environment (preferred) Benefits - Highly competitive compensation plan that includes base pay plus aggressive performance-based incentives, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $65,000 to $125,000. - Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and much more. - Equipment needed to work remotely is provided by the company.
