Aspire Software
• Configure, optimize, and scale AI tools across the full GTM funnel • Design autonomous workflows including lead qualification agents, outbound sequencing, and intent signal routing • Build and oversee interoperable AI agents assigned to specific GTM process segments • Drive AI-native workflow adoption across revenue teams and portfolio companies • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases • Build live ROI and performance dashboards to measure funnel efficiency and revenue impact • Analyze conversion metrics, pipeline performance, and operational bottlenecks to improve GTM execution • Bridge traditional RevOps strategy with AI-native operational execution • Partner with Engineering and Technology leaders to deploy scalable AI solutions in production • Train GTM teams on AI tools, workflows, and operational best practices • Act as a strategic partner across sales, marketing, customer success, and product functions • Help drive organizational change and adoption of emerging AI technologies
Job Requirements
- Experience working with Python and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and APIs, including HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with prompt engineering, workflow automation, and LLM-based tooling
- Strong commercial understanding of revenue funnels, CAC, conversion metrics, and GTM performance
- Comfortable operating in both highly technical and business-facing environments
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Clay, or Apollo
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered GTM workflows in production environments
- Background in B2B SaaS, RevOps, or library technology environments
- Experience driving AI adoption and operational change management across teams
