• Lead complex projects to define, design, and implement AI agent journeys for corporate processes. • Map and redesign end-to-end journeys across areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT. • Design and implement governance frameworks for AI agents, ensuring security and compliance. • Drive the development of business cases, roadmaps, and KPIs to track the value delivered by journeys and agents. • Support the definition of functional architecture standards for agents, integrations, and multi-agent flows.
