Business Development Manager – Digital Banking

Access Softek

• Proactively identify and engage prospective financial institutions through multi-channel outreach, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, pain points, and digital banking priorities • Communicate the value of our digital banking platform and align solutions with client business goals • Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, industry events, and website inquiries • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) • Consistently follow up with leads to advance them through the sales funnel • Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to schedule demos and progress qualified opportunities • Provide structured market feedback to Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve messaging and positioning • Contribute to pipeline development and support revenue targets through high-quality opportunity generation • Occasional travel for industry events, partner meetings, and client-facing activities

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development Manager or Account Executive roles preferred
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology strongly preferred
  • Experience engaging with financial institutions is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, discovery, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, persistence, and follow-through
