• Lead and execute brand and campaign design initiatives that strengthen Cloudinary’s visual identity and support business growth. • Design high-quality creative assets across digital channels, including landing pages, web experiences, advertising campaigns, eBooks, and marketing collateral. • Partner with marketing, brand, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful creative experiences. • Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design approaches and contribute to brand consistency across projects and campaigns. • Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations effectively. • Apply strong visual design principles and user-centered thinking to improve engagement and campaign performance. • Present design concepts, communicate creative rationale clearly, and incorporate feedback collaboratively. • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, operational excellence, continuous learning, and creative collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in brand design and applying visual storytelling across digital marketing and campaign experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including a deep understanding of workflows, collaboration practices, and scalable design execution.
- Experience designing landing pages, web pages, advertising creatives, and multi-channel marketing assets.
- Familiarity with foundational print and collateral design principles and the ability to apply them when needed.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and evolving creative processes.
- 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles, or equivalent experience gained through a variety of learning pathways.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or equivalent practical experience.
