• The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing insights, solutions, and decision support to internal Finance and business partners to drive the five-year strategic plan and financial stewardship goals. • This role requires proactive analysis of the business, including operating metrics and financial activities. • As the subject matter expert of financial activities for the given area served, this individual will be responsible to build collaborative relationships with internal customers and present financial materials that can be understood by non-financial customers. • This individual leads the communication and timeline of internal financial processes (close, forecast, budget, etc.). • The ideal candidate will also create ad hoc reports to support financial processes, special projects, and long-range plans. • This individual assists the financial aspect of annual planning, forecasting and the monthly close process and ensures financially sound business plans. • In addition, being motivated to learn the business, challenge the status quo, and identify solutions to problems – while embracing a positive team culture focused on democratizing cellular therapy – will ensure success in this role. • Prepare and support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans, ensuring robust assumptions and data accuracy • Maintain and develop financial models, including driver-based modelling and scenario analysis • Support consolidation and validation of financial submissions from operational and functional teams • Produce monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis and clear, concise commentary on financial performance • Deliver insight into key trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making • Assist in the development of reporting packs, dashboards, and management information for senior leadership • Build effective working relationships across the business, supporting financial understanding for non-finance stakeholders • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, as well as data quality and system outputs

• Act as a thought partner to company leaders and assist them in making strategic decisions that will help their companies find product-market-fit and accelerate growth • Own and update portfolio company financial models and budgets • Work with CEOs to determine key metrics and levers to influence change • Plan for and execute fundraising objectives • Communicate key updates to company board members • Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable • Manage monthly close process, analysis and reporting • Analyze & monitor cash flow and expense management
