• Act as a thought partner to company leaders and assist them in making strategic decisions that will help their companies find product-market-fit and accelerate growth • Own and update portfolio company financial models and budgets • Work with CEOs to determine key metrics and levers to influence change • Plan for and execute fundraising objectives • Communicate key updates to company board members • Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable • Manage monthly close process, analysis and reporting • Analyze & monitor cash flow and expense management

• Design, launch, and lead Topo Advisors' tax advisory practice • Develop the service offering, fee structure, and go-to-market strategy for tax services • Build and mentor a team of tax professionals as the practice grows • Serve as the primary tax advisor to a book of clients including preparation and review of tax returns • Provide strategic tax planning guidance on M&A transactions, entity structure, equity compensation, and capital events • Lead engagements around federal and state income tax, pass-through entities, R&D credits, and international tax matters • Collaborate with Topo Advisors' accounting and finance teams on cross-functional client matters • Contribute to firm-wide business development and brand-building efforts • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and proactively communicate implications to clients and colleagues

• Manage monthly financial close and general accounting activities for clients. • Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables. • Manage activities of Topo team members to support execution of engagements. • Provide support for the budgeting and planning process; work with team on monthly forecast against budget including cash flow projections. • Research and provide leadership both internally and to clients regarding all technical accounting questions and updates.
