Your contributions will deliver unmatched value, impressive ROI, and exceptional client experiences. - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, product adoption, and market presence within the EMEA market. - Target teaming with Sales Representatives, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and partners at the CXO level with large enterprises in the BFSI Sector. - Engage with new sales opportunities and manage relationships with clients at the CXO/VP level. - Think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technology challenges. - Craft compelling value propositions that resonate with both customers and partners. - Work cross-functionally to build consensus. - Spearhead initiatives to significantly increase revenue, pipeline, and expand market share for Concentrix. - Consistently meet or surpass both quarterly and annual revenue/pipeline targets. - Cultivate and execute dynamic partnerships with priority partners. - Engage in essential industry events hosted by key partners to expand networks. - Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth. - Sustain, expand, and help to grow a robust pipeline that supports continual growth. - Collaborate across the BFSI sector to expand reach and promote Concentrix technology solutions. - Oversee and manage contract negotiations ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties. - Foster and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. - Commit to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and enhancing client experiences. - Prepare for moderate travel to support your role and initiatives. Qualifications - Possess at least 7 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development. - Prior experience selling tech solutions to BFSI clients is required. - Excel in delivering presentations and engaging with executive-level stakeholders. - Outstanding ability to negotiate favorable terms and build beneficial relationships. - Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting. - Exhibit strong leadership skills, inspiring and guiding partnerships toward shared goals. - Possess a relentless drive to achieve and surpass objectives. - Skilled in applying consultative selling techniques to understand and address client needs. - Ability to collaborate effectively and influence outcomes in a “win as a team” environment. - Adept at overcoming challenges with innovative solutions. - Considered a reliable advisor by both customers and colleagues, establishing trust and credibility.
