• Define and execute the long-term vision for WEX’s quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle ecosystem across multiple business lines • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on reducing revenue leakage and improving billing accuracy through platform modernization and workflow optimization • Identify and prioritize AI-enabled transformation opportunities across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and customer lifecycle functions • Partner with executive stakeholders to align enterprise priorities, drive organizational change, and influence strategic decision-making • Build scalable, AI-native product and platform strategies that modernize customer and employee experiences • Simplify fragmented workflows and operational processes through automation, intelligent tooling, and platform consolidation • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, Security, Legal, Commercial, and Operations teams • Lead through ambiguity while balancing long-term strategic transformation with near-term business outcomes • Develop roadmaps and execution strategies for enterprise-scale modernization initiatives • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption • Lead and grow a high-performing team of product leaders and AI-focused builders • Deliver measurable business outcomes tied to revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost-to-serve reduction • Evaluate and leverage modern AI tooling, prototyping environments, and AI-builder platforms to accelerate experimentation and delivery
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience with significant experience in Product Management and enterprise product leadership roles
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading high-performing teams
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to define long-term platform visions and execution roadmaps
- Exceptional executive communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders with competing priorities
- Experience modernizing enterprise platforms, workflows, or operational ecosystems
- Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving capabilities
- AI-forward mindset with familiarity leveraging AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, and modern AI prototyping environments
- Experience working with AI-assisted development or prototyping tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or similar technologies
- Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
- Proven ability to balance strategic transformation work with measurable business execution
- Experience driving product strategy across multiple business domains and enterprise stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
