• As the Solution Advisory Manager for the United States, you will combine your hands-on presales expertise with your people leadership skills to drive Jedox’s presales success across the Americas. • Act as a trusted customer advisor: From the first interaction, engage with prospects and customers, understand their business, challenges, and goals, and clearly communicate how Jedox delivers measurable value. • Showcase the Jedox solutions: Present and demonstrate Jedox online and onsite at customer meetings, trade fairs, conferences, and webinars to support new and existing business. • Identify pain points and their business impact: Analyze customer challenges and underlying needs, then translate them into compelling, solution-oriented narratives. • Design proofs of concept and value: Create and deliver proof of concepts (POCs) and proof of values (POVs) that demonstrate tangible business benefits and support winning opportunities. • Support winning sales processes: Support the sales team by contributing to RFI/RFP/RFQ responses to increase win rates and revenue growth. • Lead and enable presales teams and partners: Manage and mentor a small Solution Advisory team, allocate presales resources effectively, and drive partner presales enablement. • Drive collaboration and operational excellence: Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and continuously improve presales processes, workflows, and overall effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Pre‑Sales role, ideally combined with strong financial and management expertise.
- Proven experience working with senior finance leaders, Heads of Controlling, and C‑level executives, preferably including CFOs.
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, applied confidently in day‑to‑day work and decision‑making.
- Hands-on experience with multidimensional databases (e.g., Jedox, OLAP, TM1, Infor, Essbase) and/or enterprise planning and EPM solutions (e.g., Jedox, Board, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Strong interest in engaging with new customers, industries, and complex business challenges, bringing a strategic perspective to each engagement.
- Highly structured, organized, and detail‑oriented working style, ensuring quality and consistency across presales initiatives.
