• To source prospective customers and create sustainable commercial relationships to expand the Ford Fleet Management Corporate portfolio • To promote the products and services of Ford Fleet management across the Ford Dealer Network • To be the face of Ford Fleet Management in your territory • To fully contribute to the achievement of the FFM target by maximizing new business from leads directly sourced and from Ford of Britain referrals • To work closely with Ford of Britain commercial team and the Ford Dealer Network to identify new opportunities and joint visits • To constantly promote the full service offering of Ford Fleet Management • To manage and implement accounts using the agreed FFM procedures working with all FFM counterparts in a collaborative manner in line with company expectations • To ensure that customer actions & requirements are communicated regularly & effectively across the company

Job Requirements

  • Successful negotiation & sales experience required and evidenced
  • Influencing, Persuasion and Relationship building experience required
  • Self-Motivated Target and Opportunity Driven
  • Solution Delivery and Ownership and ability to look at new ideas & approaches
  • Effective Time Management, Organisational & Delegation skills
  • Excellent Communications skills – verbal and written required
  • IT Literate to intermediate level in Microsoft Office products or equivalent
  • Presentation Skills – to senior management level at customers and partners previous experience required
  • Commercial Awareness and Decision Making within remit given
  • Account Management in a B2B Environment
  • Leasing Industry Experience - preferred
  • Vehicle Industry knowledge - preferred
  • LCV product and market knowledge - preferred

Role Description Reporting directly to the Executive Managing Director, the Director of Strategic Partnerships is accountable for developing and delivering growth that drives sustainable revenue, market expansion, and scalable certification pathways for Exemplar Global while also providing cross-functional leadership and direction to internal market-facing teams.
