• Prospecting at least 200 or more recruits a day, through cold calls, text, and email, and follow up with warm leads with a goal of setting up interviews for the recruiting team to interview • Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates • Promptly replying to team members, branch managers/owners, and prospective recruits • Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring the integrity of applicant tracking system data • Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs, and earning their trust to help them achieve our team's recruiting goals • Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, Zoom, ATS, CRM(s), and specialty platforms • Working in many markets, thousands of prospects, with many reps and decision makers, which requires you to be on top of your game • Taking ownership in growing this initiative by making it better
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in the recruiting/sourcing industry
- Knowledge of Boolean search strings
- Real estate knowledge a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, social media platforms, recruiting tools, ATS and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity
- B.A. or B.S. Preferred but not required
- Coachable leader that understands scalable environments and growth initiatives
