Dining Performance Manager – West Region
Aramark
• Supports critical marketing business initiatives that span the food and retail food business within Aramark Correctional Services • Reports to the Senior Dining Performance Manager and interacts with all levels of management, clients, vendors, and consumers • Partners with the Aramark Correctional Services Growth Team, Nutritional Support Services, Operations Managers, and Retail Team to develop and deploy differentiated programs in Aramark’s Corrections food and retail channels • Develops and deploys Fresh Favorites, iCare Fresh, and Visitation program and tools • Partners with the regional growth team to provide retail proposal content, cost, and revenue targets during bid proposals • Manages project of staff dining renovations and installs • Develops and deploys marketing programs for Staff Dining channel including menus, product planograms, retail promotions, and catering • Analyzes and provides report on all retail promotions and their effectiveness • Seeks out industry, competitor, and consumer insights • Provides analysis and synthesizes information to spur innovation • Supports pilot program tools for alternative food and retail concepts that enable new business growth • Supports large account openings by ensuring all components are ready for implementation (signage, merchandising, onsite installs) • Partners with operations to maximize growth within existing retail channels • Partners with Supply Chain, Distributors, and Manufacturers to optimize promotions, product availability and pricing for retail channels • Travels up to 50% to Correctional institutions
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, business administration or a related field
- Food service, advertising, CPG, DSD and/or retail marketing experience is preferred
- ServSafe certificate holder or will need to become certified within 90 days of hire
- Excellent verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills with strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear, concise, and useful recommendations
- Significant organizational and project management experience
- Experience or a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization
- Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically
- Solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience
- Valid driver’s license
