• Support writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting for federal RFP/RFI responses, vendor capability packages, technical narratives, management content, resumes, past performance references, case studies, plans, reports, briefings, and related proposal artifacts. • Help develop document outlines, compliance checklists, section templates, style guides, content trackers, and reusable content under the direction of senior team members. • Gather inputs from SMEs, partner companies, meeting notes, program summaries, prior proposals, and source materials; organize those inputs into clear draft sections for review. • Track assignments, deadlines, review comments, action items, version control updates, and document status during proposal and RFI response cycles.
Job Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Journalism, Business, Public Policy, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of technical writing, editing, proposal support, communications, documentation, or related professional writing experience.
- Strong writing, grammar, proofreading, formatting, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint/Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and common document collaboration tools.
- U.S. citizenship.
