• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, managing governance, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and alignment with enterprise-level stakeholders. • Oversee the full data provisioning lifecycle for enterprise applications, including the definition of complex data strategies and the creation of comprehensive data catalogs. • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and compliance standards (such as GDPR) by implementing robust masking, anonymization, and audit access models. • Partner with technical teams to evaluate IT architecture, infrastructure setups (cloud and hybrid), and orchestrate efficient, secure test environments. • Conduct comprehensive tool evaluations and fit-gap analyses to recommend and implement optimal software solutions for data lifecycle management. • Align data management initiatives with broader testing processes, managing demand-based scope across regression testing, UAT, and DevOps pipelines. • Drive the standardisation of technical documentation, establishing blueprints, taxonomies, and templates for long-term scalability.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in IT Project Management within large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
- Direct experience overseeing enterprise data lifecycles, data provisioning strategies, or test environment data management.
- Deep understanding of data privacy frameworks, GDPR compliance, and data masking/anonymization techniques.
- Experience navigating IT infrastructure, environment orchestration, and evaluating technical tools or software solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with full professional proficiency in English.
- Residency in Germany is mandatory.
