Qualifications - Prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or administrative assistant preferred. - Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). - Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing software is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, even if informal. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. - A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
