• Own net-new customer acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic selling to banks and credit unions • Identify and engage key decision-makers, tailoring messaging to relevant personas and business priorities • Lead discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and close—driving deals to completion with strong pipeline discipline • Collaborate with the partnerships team to leverage strategic partners and inbound referral leads to generate new opportunities and close business • Expand the client base by maximizing partner referrals and building new partner-driven entry points within the industry • Execute consistent prospecting via research-driven outreach (calls, emails, and targeted messaging) to build qualified pipeline • Represent Kinective at conferences and industry events to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and increase market awareness • Partner with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and ensure a consistent flow of opportunities
Job Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role
- 3+ years experience selling software or technology solutions
- Banking industry sales experience - selling to bank and credit union executives (preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and consistently meet/exceed goals
- Strong executive presence: comfortable learning complex products quickly and communicating with true C-suite stakeholders
- Clear record of success and ability to articulate wins with credibility and specifics.
